Return and Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your order at Lusín Jewelry. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that “on sale” items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It should be free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and show no signs of wear or tear.
- The original packaging and documentation must be provided.
- Any promotional items or free gifts included with the order must be returned. Failure to return these items may result in charges for the full retail price of the item.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. Once your return is processed and approved, the refund will be issued for the merchandise amount.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Obtain your Return Authorization Number: Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Upon approval, you will receive an email containing your RMA number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping.
- Package Your Order: Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. The original receipt should be included, and the RMA number must be clearly written on both the receipt and the outside of the package. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were when received.
- Shipping & Insurance: Use a trackable shipping method to send the product to the address provided on the original packaging, along with your receipt. Please write “RETURN FOR REFUND” on the receipt, along with the reason for your return. We recommend insuring the package for its full value. Note that the package should not indicate the contents or include any identifiable information related to jewelry or valuable items.
Once we receive and verify the authenticity of the returned item(s), a full refund for the item cost (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be processed. Please allow 7-12 business days for the credit to appear in your account. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
Please note that earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene purposes.
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend purchasing the desired item separately and returning the unwanted item for a refund. This helps ensure that your preferred item is available, as we may not be able to process exchanges if the item is sold out.
