  • Stone Range: 6-month warranty
  • Silver Only Jewelry: 1-year warranty

During the warranty period, we will repair your jewelry free of charge. To avail of this service, please retain your jewelry passport or purchase receipt, as it is required for the free repair.

  1. Repair Process: If your jewelry needs repair, kindly follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support: Please reach out to our customer support team through email, Instagram, or Telegram to inform them about your repair request. They will provide you with further instructions and assist you throughout the process.

b. Shipping the Jewelry: You will be guided to securely package and ship your jewelry to our designated address. Ensure that you include your jewelry passport or purchase receipt with the package.

  1. Assessment and Cost Estimation: Upon receiving your jewelry, our team will assess the repair requirements. We will provide you with an initial cost estimate for the service, which may vary based on the extent of the damage.
  2. Confirmation of Repair: Once the cost estimate is communicated to you and approved, our skilled professionals will proceed with the repair process.
  3. Final Price Confirmation and Return: After the repair is complete, we will confirm the final price and inform you promptly. Once payment is received, we will securely ship the repaired jewelry back to you.

Please note that we do not cover the replacement or return of broken or stolen items under our warranty policy. However, we can prepare the lost part for you for a specified fee.
